And your background color to #475f96

Select All
Selections Modify Conract 75 Pixels
Plugins mura meister clouds standard

Copy the tube Christmas14-2010
Paste as new layer
Image Resize 80% all layers not checked
Place it a little to the left and to the bottom there may be some outside the
selction but that's okay, we'll remove it later
Put the blendmode to Luminance old

Selections modify select selctions borders outside 5 pixels
Add new layer and fill the selections with your background color
Select none

Plugins Andrews filter collection 55 A Little Bumpy Along
standard
Set the blendmode to Luminance old

Take image8 go to layers new maskerlayer from image
Select the mask 2020
In your layerpalette merge group
Copy and paste as a new layer om your creation

Move it to te top of the selection as if the moon almost hits the border.
Layers move move down.
Set the blendmode to Luminance old

Make the top layer your active layer
With the magic wand select outside of the frame.
Make the layer with image 8 your active layer
With the erasertool erase on the right, left, and top what is outside the frame

Keep selected Now make the layer with the polarbears your active layer
Here also erase what is outside the frame left and right
On the bottom only erase the little part of the trees
Select none

Make the toplayer your active layer
With the eraser set to 10
Zoom in a couple of times and erase the little parts of the frame so that it
looks like the polarbears are walking out of the frame

Zoom in on the right side where the polarbears heads are.
With the free hand selection select the part like on the screen below.
Make sure you are on the right layer in your layerpalette and press delete on
your keyboard
Select none
With the erase please erase the part that don't belong there.

Maak the toplayer your active layer
Select all
Selections modify contract 50 pixels
Selections modify Select selections borders 5 pixels outside

Add new rasterlayer
Fill with your foreground color
Repeat the pluging andrews
Select none
Set the blendmode to luminance old
With the magicwand select the outside of the frame again.

Once more make the polarbear layer your working layer
And press delete on your keyboard.
Select none.

Make th toplayer your active layer
Select all
Selctions modify contract 25 pixels
Selections modify Select selections borders 5 pixels outside
Add a nwe rasterlayer and fill the selection with your background color
Repeat the plugin andrews
Select none and set the blendmode to luminance old.

Take the textimage Copy and paste as a new layer
Place it like i did
Effects 3d effects drop shadow 1*1*50*5.00 White
Repeat the dropshadow
