Set your foreground colour to White
Background colour to #4b8c24

Open all the supplies from the zip in psp
**01**
Open a new transparent image of 450 - 400
And flood fill it with your background colour

Effects * Plug-in * Dragonfly * Sinedots II
With these settings


**02**
Image * Resize
85% all layers not checked

With your magic wand select the transparent border
Flood fill the selection with white
Keep Selected!!!

**03**
Add a new raster layer and flood fill it with your background colour

Layers * New mask layer * from image
Choose the mask !b
(Only luminance from source checked)

Layers * Merge * Merge group

Make raster layer 1 active in your layer palette
And press Delete on your keyboard to delete the white border
Selections * Select none

Take the tube 1pa_BasilEde_17_PiedWagtail-misteriesl
Copy and paste as a new layer
Image * Resize with 85% all layers not checked

Make raster layers 1 your active layer in your layer palette
Click with your magic wand in the transparent selection
Keep selected
Make now the layer wit the bird tube active and
press delete on your keyboard to remove the part we don't want.
Selections * Select none

Layers * Merge * Merge visible
minimise this for now.

Open a new transparent image 450 - 400
Flood fill it with your background colour

Add a new layer and flood fill this with white
Layers * New mask layer * From image
Use  the mask 0.149-wicked.msk
(only luminance from source checked)

Layers * Merge * Merge group
Set the layer opacity to 35

Add a new raster layer
Activate your selection tools and go to custom selection
use these settings

Take the minimised image
Copy and paste into the selection
Selections * Select none

Effects *3D Effects * Drop shadow
1*1*100*1 White

**08**
Take the corners Brushaccents_SR_193
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move it to the upper left corner

Effects * Plug-in * Simple * Top left mirror

Layers * Merge * Merge all  flatten

Put your name or watermark on your creation
And save it because we are done.
