Filters:

Oke let's get started

** Step 01 **
Open a new transparant image 640-450.
And fill it with this color #6d6057

** Step 02 **
Add a new layer.
Plugin -  VM Instant Art - Light Lines standard.
Set the layer opacity of this layer tp 25.
Adjust - Sharpen - Sharpen More.
Adjust - Blur - Gausian Blur 3.00
Merge all layers flatten.

** Step 03 **
Select All.
Selections - Modify - Contract 20 Pixels.
3D Effects - Cutout 2*2*55*10 White.
Repeat the Cutout but then with minus 2 on the horizontal and vertical.

** Step 04 **
Select All.
Selection - Modify - Contract 10 Pixels.
3D Effects - Drop shadow
1*1*75*1 Black.
Repeat the dropshadow wit minus 1 Horizontal and vertical.
Selct None.

** Step 05 **
Take the tube sassyillusions_faithhill.
Edit - Copy
Edit - paste as a new layer.
Image- Resize twice with 70% all layers not checked.
Set Faith Hill against the border with the cutout effect.
On the layer palette set the opacity to 55.
And the blendmode to Luminance old.
Set your brush to soften with these settings:
Size 20 * Hardness 50 * Step 10 * Density 100 * Thickness 100 * Rotation 0.
Move with your brushtool over the edges of the tube but don't forget her inner arms.

** Step 06 **
Take the tube sassyillusions_tmccgraw01
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Image - Mirror.
Resize twice with 70% all layers not checked.
Put Tim in the left lower corner.

** Step 07 **
Make Raster1 (the backgroundlayer) your activelayer
Take the tube raz2006_Misted_ASunsetForTheWaves_Cebarre.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Resize twice with 70% all layers not checked.
Place this tube in the middle on the topside.
Set the blendmode of this layer to luminance old.

** Step 08 **
Take the tube PatryMists_06_Cityscape_12
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Move him just below the moon.(see my example above.)
Set the blendmode of this layer to luminance old.

** Step 09 **
Take the tube Misted_filly_ (1173) Scenary
Image - mirror.
Copy.
Make the layer with the moon your active layer.
Paste as a new layer.
Place this tube in the left lower corner so that it looks like he's behind Tim.
(See my example above.)
Set the blendmode of this layer to Soft light.

Merge all layers flatten.

** Step 10 **
Take a nice font of choice (mine is aramis)
Fontsize 30 stroke width 1.0 vector checked
Set your backgroundcolor to white.
And write the text

"How can you just walk on by,
Without one tear in your eye."

** Step 11 **
In your layer palette convert to rasterlayer.
Duplicate the textlayer.
On the bottom textlayer
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur 3.00
Merge layers.
 

Put your name or watermark on the blend.

Image resize 1 time with 80% and then to 450 witdh.

You can save him now cause this blend is done, i hope you liked this one.
