Ok let's get started.

** Step 01 **
Take a new image of 450-450 Transparant
With your bucket fill it with this color #c9dafb
Plugin Andrews Filter 52 Wiremeshing Unlimited Standard

** Step 02 **
Take the image Raz 2005 Misted Moonreflected
Copy it and paste it as a new layer on your creation
Place it in the right upper corner

** Step 03 **
Take the image KaraT2034
Copy it and paste it as a new layer
Put this one on the left side
Put the blend mode on Soft Light

** Step 04 **
Take the image NikChris Ortega Misted unicorns
Copy it and paste it as a new layer
Put this one in the right corner below
Image Resize 85% all layers not checked
Plugin Xero/Mystifier Standard

** Step 05 **
Take the image of Raz2006 Misted wings of peace
Resize twice with 85%
Copy and paste it as a new layer
Put this one in the left upper corner
(look at the example above to see what i mean)
Put the blendmode on luminance old

** Step 06 **
Take the image springday
Resize twice with 85%
Copy it and paste it as a new layer
Put this one in the left lower corner (she may fall a bit outside the image)

Merge all layers

** Step 07 **
Add Border 2 pixels #75899b
Add Border 1 pixel #f3dfe7
Add Border 2 pixels #75899b

** Step 08 **
Add Border 30 pixels #f3dfe7
Select the border
Add a new layer and fil it with #75899b
Plugin Filter factory V ommadawn

Set the layer opacity to 75

Plugin NVR Bordermania frame 2 top 2 setting to 25
Selection/select none
Put the blend mode to luminance old

** Stap 08 **
Merge all layers

Add Border 2 pixels #75899b
Add Border 1 pixel #f3dfe7
Add Border 2 pixels #75899b

** Step 09
Selections/select all
Selection/modify/contract 40 pixels
Effects/3D effects/Cutout
0*0*100*8 zwart

** Step 10 **
Take the corner tube
Paste is as a new layer on your vreation
Place him in the left upper corner
Layers/duplicate
Image/mirror
Image/flip

Put you name or your watermark on your creation, cause this one is done.
Merge all layers and if you want you can resize him
