Supplies:

This zip with the tubes and the image and the animation.
The tubes I got from yahoo groups so if the tube is yours please contact me so I can give the credits, leave the names of the tubes intact.

 

Filters:
  FM Tile Tools - Edge Glow.
 Graphics Plus - Cut Glass
  Italian Editors Effect - Effetto Tv
  Bordermania - Frame 2

** Step 01 **
Open the tubes and the image in psp.

Take a new image 640-480 transparent.
Set your foreground color to #afae99
And your background color to #294932
Foreground also on gradient Foreground / Background gradient.
Style – Sunburst – Repeats 1.
Center point – Horizontal 50 – Vertical 25 – link center and focal points checked.

 

** Step 02 **

Fill the image with the gradient you just made.
Adjust – Softness – Soft Focus set everything to 50.

** Step 03 **
Add a new raster layer.
Selection – Select All.
Take the image Kelley_Mysterie.
Adjust – Hue & Saturation – Colorize.
Hue 96 – Saturation 72.

Copy the image and on your creation paste into the selection.
Set the layer opacity to 35.

** Step 04 **
Copy the tube and paste it as a new layer.
Move it a bit to the right side.
Layers – Duplicate.
Image – Mirror.
Layers – Merge – Merge down.
Put the layer opacity to 75 and the modus to luminance old.

** Step 05 **
Effects – Plugin – FM Tile Tools – Edge Glow.
Red glow 16, green glow 16, blue glow 16, original 1.000
 edge wrap checked.

** Step 06 **
Add a new raster layer.
Selection tool – Custom Selection.
Top 300 – Left 100 – Right 540 – Bottom 400.
Fill the selection with your dark color.
Selection – Modify – Contract 2 pixels.
Fill it with the gradient but first change the gradient to,
Style  linear –Angle 75 – Repeats 22 – invert not checked.

** Step 07 **
Selection – Modify – Contract 2 pixels.
Press delete on you keyboard.
And fill it with your dark color.
Effects – Plugins – Graphic Plus – Cut Glass 158 * 22.
Selections – Select None.
Set the layer opacity of this layer to 65.

 ** Step 08 **
Duplicate this layer.
Resize with 80% all layer not checked.
Place him nicely in the middle of the square box.

Duplicate this layer, resize with 80% all layers not checked.
And place this one also nicely in the middle.

Lock out all layers except the three on top.
Layers – Merge – Merge Visible.
Set the layer opacity to 75.
Open the closed out layers again.

** Step 09 **
Make from the bottom layer your active layer.
Take the orologio tube, copy it and paste it as a new layer on your creation.
Resize the tube twice with 80% all Layers not checked.
Move the tube a little to the top.

** Step 10 **
Duplicate this layers and with the bottom tube layer as your active layer.
Go to Effects – Distortion Effects – Wind.
Right checked 100.

 ** Step 11 **
Layers – Merge – Merge Visible.
Add a new raster layer.
With our text tool set to a font of choice or the one I used which is LDJ Aunt Elizabeth.
Font size zet to 50 Stroke width 1.0 Floating.
Set your foreground color to the dark color and your background color to white.
Type Forever Young or a text of choice.

** Step 12 **
Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow.
1*1*100*1.0 Color #afae99
Repeat the same drop shadow again same settings.
 

** Step 13 **
New raster layer.
Fill it with the first foreground color #afae99
Effects – Plugins – Italian Editors Effect – Effetto Tv.
8*73*216*164

** Step 14 **
Selections – Select All.
Selection – Modify – Contract 20 Pixels.
Press delete on your keyboard.
Effects – 3D Effects – Cut out.
4*4*85*10 Black. 

** Step 15 **
Add a new layer.
Repeat the cutout but this time chance Horizontal & Vertical to minus 4.
Selection – Invert.
Layers – Merge – Merge Down.
Set the modus of this layer to Luminance old.
 

Effects – Plugins – Bordermania – Frame 2.
Set the top 2 sliders to 10.
Selections – Select None.
Layers – Merge – Merge All.

 *** Step 16 **
Edit – Copy.
Open animation shop.
Paste as a new animation.
Paste after current frame until you have 10 frames.

Also open the Sterretjes Animation.
Edit – Select All.
Edit – Copy. 

On your creation Edit – Select All.
Press the right mouse button somewhere in the first frame.

Paste into selected frame.

And place the stars wherever you want them and how much you want is up to you.
You can now save you animation blend.
