Foreground color set to #929ba2
Background color set to #536f91

** Step 01 **
Open a new transparent image 640 * 480
Plugin * Xenoflex 2 * Little Fluffy Clouds.

Basic Settings See Image:


Camera and Sky Settings see Image:
 

** Step 02 **
Take the image called Lucht.
Layers * Mask layer * From Image use mask 2020.
In your layer palette merge the group.
Copy and paste the image a a new layer on your creation.

With your mover tool move the image to the top middle of your creation.

 ** Step 03 **
Take the image chat misted tube 16.
Copy and paste the image as a new layer on your image.
Place the tube in the left lower corner.
Plugin * Xero * Soft Vignette, Settings see image:
 

** Step 04 **
Take the image zeemeeuwen.
Use the mask 2020 again.
On your layer palette merge the group.
Copy and paste it as a new layer on your creation.
Place the zeemeeuwen in the right upper corner.
Put the layer opacity to 75. 

** Step 05 **
Layers * Duplicate.
Image * Mirror.
Layers * Merge * Merge Down.
Plugin * FM Tile * Tools Blend Emboss. 

** Step 06 **
Take the image Romantic Cottage.
Image * Mirror.
Use the mask 2020.
On your layer palette merge the group.
Copy and paste it as a new layer on your creation.

 Place the cottage to the left side of your creation a little above the middle.(it’s okay of the is a lot of cottage outside the creation).
Plugin * Xero * Porcelain Settings see image:

** Step 07 **
Take the image of the dolfijnen.
Use mask 2020, in your layer palette merge group.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Place the dolphins to right lower corner of your creation.
Set the layer opacity to 55.

Layers * Merge * Merge all layers.

** Step 08 **
Layer promote to background layer.
Image * Resize * 80% all layers NOT Checked. 

With your magic wand click in the transparent part of your creation.
Selections * Invert.
Selections * Modify * Select Selection Borders.
Outside * Border width 3 anti alias checked.
Fill the selection with your background color.
Plugin * Bordermania * Frame 2 Set the top 2 slides to 3 leave the rest alone.

** Step 09 **
Again with your magic wand select the transparent part.
Add a new layer and fill it with your background color.
Layer * Mask layer * From Image.
Choose the mask called DM27
(only source luminance checked)
On your layer palette merge group. 
Selections * Select None.

** Step 10 **
With your eraser tool go round the border but don’t remove the mask.
 

Layers * Merge * Merge Visible.

** Step 11 **
New raster layer.
Layer * Arrange * Move Down.
Fill the layer with your foreground color.
Repeat the Little fluffy cloud plugin from step 01.
Set the layer opacity to 45.
Layers * merge * merge all. 

** Step 12 **
Add Borders:
1 Pixels background color.
1 Pixels Foreground color.
1 Pixels Background color.

Plugin * Bordermania * Frame 2 Same settings as before.

 ** Step 13 **
With your text tool and with a font of choice I used Amelie.
Font size 35 stroke width 0.0 floating.
Type the text Beach Front Property,
Layer * Convert to raster layer. 

** Step 14 **
Effects * 3D Effects * Drop shadow
H-V 2 * Opacity 50 * Blur 5.00 Color foreground color.
Repeat the drop shadow but only change the color to your background color. 

** Step 15 **
Place your name or watermark on your creation.
Merge all layers.
Resize your creation first with 80% all layers checked.
Resize again to 450 pixels width.

You can save your creation as .jpg cause we are done.
